HUGH is a happy little helper who works for the Town of Normal’s website. He helps people with any questions they might have related to the town such as utility bills, employment, and more! HUGH was designed in Adobe Illustrator and animated in Adobe After Effects. On his torso, he proudly wears the Town of Normal logo.
